BMW M Coupe Style 40 set in for reconditioning to Hypersilver Chrome Shadow refinishing is a long process with a lot of labor involved. •After removing any tires, we check every wheel for cracks, bends or other visible damage. Anything concerning is reported to the client before we proceed. •We then strip all of the existing finish off of the rim. •Any damage is repaired •The wheels are pretreated for coating in a phosphate wash. • Hub area is protected from overspray •The coating stages consist of a base coat, a color coat and a clear top coat. Each coat is cured individually. •Any tires are installed & Roadforce balanced. We will dispose of any old tires per the client's request. •The entire process from start to finish takes several days.
