Yet again, we're starting with the sound of the song, I'll deal with the lyrics a bit later. And my god, this song sounds so good. It's beautiful in every way, listening to it for the 1st time was such an experience. It's very much made to my taste- I won't sit here and act like the fact that I love the song is surprising. Impeccable vocals, as always, and you can really feel the message without understanding a word. A shining example of what a really great Joker Out song sounds like.

This, too, seems to be in the group of their songs that has a sort of fascination with distance, although here the lines "Silence alone will/Pass kilometers between us/In a single heartbeat" can be interpreted as metaphorical, the ending once again states that the object of affection will be leaving in the morning. Don't know how I managed to forget to mention it in my last rant!

Overall, I find the lyricism to be top notch. Maybe I even take a bit of emotional damage from certain parts. The sentiment of being so head over heels for someone that you'd do things you never though you would is put into words wonderfully and the song is, for the lack of a better word, very tender. And I do think tender is the best word for it, in both sound and substance, it's loving and somewhat soft. I have my own strange dynamic with the feelings in this song, perhaps even my own associations that stop me from making the points that others might make when talking about it. I am willing to share those associations with the internet, but this is not the time to get into it- long story short I'm in love with my best friend and the song makes me think of her.

Bluza is a song I wish to listen to for the 1st time again. But, despite me singing its praises for this whole post, there are several Joker Out songs that I enjoy even more! All this just proves how talented they are :)
