Instructions: Before you bake, heat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a cake pan. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk. Pour non-dairy milk, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract into a different bowl. Mix them together. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed. Add the blueberries slowly and carefully. Pour the batter into the cake pan that has been ready. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. The cake should cool in the pan for 10 minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Cut the cake into pieces and enjoy!
