people are explaining shalem and bubs' relationship to a shadowverse only player and the player responded by comparing them to mew and mewtwo
lucilius is perfect to me for a variety of reasons, one of which being he actually has a reason for the "am i even my own person?" narrative i've seen many clone characters have. it's always felt... meh to me bc this'll be a massive reveal, but the clone clearly has lived their own life with no connection to the original. yeah it's surprising but you're clearly your own person. lucilius has definitely lived his own life, but he also had dreams that were memories from his original, leading him to create lucifer to "complete" himself. combined with his need for free will, and how you could interpret lucio not even seeing lucilius as his own person... it's perfect
