Also, if we take only her Canon book appearance, then why was she named YELLOWfang?? What do you think.

I always assumed it was something like with the elders (like halftail or one-eye). She was old when we first met her, so I assumed that her name was changed.

I thought her warrior name was something like Yellowyarrow or Sharpfang, or idk. But then I was confused when I heard her name was Yellowkit-> Yellowpaw-> Yellowfang.

What is yellow about her Canon appearance?? Like what were her parents thinking?

"Ah yes. Our Grey kit... Yellowkit. That suits her perfectly"

I guess they hoped her warrior name would be after some plant because that would make at least SOME sense...

For example: she was beautiful like yarrow (I know Yellowfang wasn't "beautiful but shhhhhhh)

(Idea, plant based names could be given to "pretty" cats. And it could also be given to male cats. Cuz I'm tired of hearing only she cats having names like Softpetal, or idk)

I'm actually in the blue tortie Yellowfang crowd too. Her father is red, what could i do.

I don't have a Yellowfang story, but her mother, Brightflower is one of my favourites: she's my main chimera headcanon! She was descriped as black-and-white and as red tabby in different books, so i unified it as phenotypically solid tortie with white, but actually black tortie with white and black chimera. The tortie with white part is mostly external, the black is mostly internal; she looks like a calico and breeds like a solid black cat.
