Free PSD coloring inspired by the blue coloring of the anime film Perfect Blue. This psd prioritizes blues, with accents of red and yellow. Less intense yellows become more cool toned, and greens are turned more turquoise. Overall non-whitewashing, but some yellow and orange tones will be turned cool.
