Big Wolves vs. Monstrous Werewolves

I think both have their own proper settings and ways to be written.

Big Wolves, as far as I have seen, are in media geared towards teens and don't involve much of the horror aspect of turning.

The Monstrous side is definitely better for media geared towards adults and is a great way of exploring the horror aspect of turning.

I know most people prefer one or the other, but I think both is good! Especially when thinking about which audience that media is going to attract.
