My Opinion on;

Character in general: i’m more than a little biased, because i love silent protagonists with all of my being, but jacket always stuck out to me. maybe it’s just because i’ve spent so much time analyzing and thinking about hotline miami, but i’ve really always loved that poor guy.How they play them: honestly, horus could write a dryer sheet, and she’d probably do a fantastic job. but as for jacket, i’ve yet to see a more thoughtful and well-considered portrayal. i’ve seen firsthand how much she cares about the intricacies of jacket, and that on its own is really admirable. like, i love this jacket so much it’s hard for me to imagine him acting or thinking in any other way. basically my canon jacket tbh. take jacket away from dennaton and give him to horus pls and thank you.The Mun: i feel like i’ve gone on a hundred times about how great horus is BUT....but horus is great. if y’all aren’t following horus on any of her blogs yet i’m legitimately sorry for you. she’s a fantastically talented writer and a great person overall. love yrself and follow horus.

it takes her a few moments to regain her awareness, to push past the pain and confusion, to force herself back into the waking world. there had been a crack over her head, and the hesitant hand raised to her hair confirmed there was blood dried there. the room was empty, door likely locked, although she couldn’t get to her feet too quickly to check just yet. ariadne bit down panic.

They’ve seen him around enough to be wary, and Lily’s crew (or technically their crew, now that they work for the company) have always been able to find more contacts than them. Best case scenario, he was safe, but more likely, Chef figured, nobody would have any idea.

So somewhere in the middle. Someone didn’t say much except they vaguely knew someone who could him, and if they didn’t do anything stupid, it would be fine. Chef can’t say they’re too comfortable with those odds, but, when are they ever really comfortable.
