It was very educative to learnt about all this difference theories and the school, which are base of. It is very to know the difference between all this difference methods of analysis that can be use. Afterall you may use a different method of analysis than the one you usually use and can come to the same or a different conclusion. It is important to know this different schools of economy, because after all Economics always should be open to different perspectives. Also, one day you might find a study of your interest in one of the perspectives that you are not used to. 

I believe that the role of the central bank is very relevant. Having an institution that oversees the stability of the country's monetary and financial sector, as well as applies policies and maintains standards for the proper functioning of the economy, is of great importance. The Central Bank measures inflation and establishes goals within which it seeks to maintain itself through policies, likewise, it intervenes in the foreign exchange market on occasions in which it deems necessary to maintain the stability of the exchange rate and the value of the currency, making it a necessary entity for the country to maintain financial order.

Research reveals that people have a strong desire to view themselves positively, with high levels of self-esteem. In addition, there is evidence for self-enhancement and self-esteem motivations in measures that reveal a self-serving bias. A self-serving bias refers to the tendency for people to exaggerate their positive characteristics. A variety of experiments have been conducted with elementary school children, high school students, college students, and working adults. In college professors, for example, almost all believed they were better than the average professor. While having confidence is a beneficial personal trait, there must be a balance to ensure you remain in touch with reality. It is difficult to establish a personal level of self-esteem as there is no evidence to prove an individual is not above average. The common methods for determining your level of self-esteem include upward social comparison and compensatory self-enhancement. Social comparison includes comparing your personal attitude and performance with someone who you perceive as doing significantly better than yourself. Compensatory self-enhancement requires you to accept your failures, however, you understand and acknowledge that you are good at other things. Reflecting on my own self-esteem, I would evaluate myself as moderate. I do not believe I possess a self-serving bias, as I do not tend to exaggerate any of my positive characteristics. With that being said, I find myself utilizing the social comparison method more often than the compensatory self-enhancement method, as our individualistic society directs us to be continuously bettering ourselves.

Link to “Sub vs Dub Debate.”

For the past couple of years there has been a sub vs dub debate in the anime community. Subbed anime is the original japanese version, meanwhile dubbed is the english translated version, and can sometimes sometimes lead to script changes because of the japanese culture. The number of syllables and words in the phrase or dialogue often change when being translated. The debate first started when the American anime fan community started comparing sub and dub, then choosing which one is superior. It then took a turn for the worse and now if you watch dub you are quote “not a true anime fan.” The question you're probably wondering is why do they choose to compare the two. Well, sub fans say dub is nowhere near as good as the original Japanese voice acting. They have a “better” tone and have more emotion when talking. Since anime is originally Japanese it has accurate translation, including the original language that plays a role in the plot, while being able to listen to the original voice actors. Considering how Japan has many voice actors where they take a full time honors degree that takes four-five years to obtain. The Tokyo school of anime can be an example of where to get this degree. Unlike dub voice actors, sub voice actors can make millions of dollars, though there isn't much of a variety of  dubbed voice actors. There's also the fact of how expensive it is to translate and find new voice actors for an anime. However the biggest complaint of dub anime was that the past dub lip syncing wasn’t the greatest, but today’s modern lip syncing has gotten much better and has less complaints. Japanese people tend to prefer sub because it matches with the Japanese animated style better, and keeps Japanese jokes, food, culture, and so on, unlike when it's translated. On the other hand, dub fans prefer english voice acting so they have more time to look at the animation instead of focusing more on reading the dialogue. There's also the fact that you can multitask while watching dub, whereas if you don’t understand Japanese it’s going to be hard keeping up with the subtitles. In my opinion I also prefer dub for the reason that it is my spoken language and I also enjoyed watching animes where my favourite dub voice actors are involved. If you watch the short video of the sub vs dub, you can clearly see both sides of the voice acting are completely different. If you noticed, the sub version is more serious while the dub is more angry. There are completely two different emotions, comparing the two just doesn't make sense to me. I understand why people are having there own opinion/preference on this debate but I personally think they're just being close minded. I think to resolve this dabet the anime fans community should stop comparing two different languages and appreciate both sides.  

       Whenever I feel down, unproductive and anxious about life, spending quality time with my loved ones lifts my spirit. It works like magic. After laughing and talking to them makes me feel like I can conquer anything.  When I spend time with someone, it frustrates me to see their attention divided. I hate when people whom I am talking to are not paying attention. It just makes me feel small and unwanted.        Throughout these 18 years of existence, spending quality time with my loved ones never disappoints me. I find that sharing moments with them boost me as an individual. It helped me express myself even more. It gave me this special bond and connection that I know will strengthen our relationship. A day without catching with them feels empty and seems my day won`t be complete without interacting with them.
