There are a lot of TV shows and movies on my to-watch lists - an overwhelming amount. There is so much that I want to watch that I get paralysed and just end up watching shows that I've already watched again. It's frustrating. I feel tethered to my comfort shows, sometimes.
There are also quite a few movies that I'd like to watch. I'm less of a fan of movies than TV shows. In my adult life, I could probably count on two hands how much movies I've watched. However, it is something that I would like to get into. Again, though, there are so many to watch.
It's so overwhelming. Where does one start? How do you break through this paralysing feeling and actually watch new stuff? Are other people dealing with this? I don't know. These are just questions running through my head, today.
I think maybe I'll start watching the newest season of Abbott Elementary, today. That sounds like a good stepping point between rewatching a show and trying a new show.
