I kind of want to switch my theme.. Ik its literally so iconic and I basically got all my followers like this but. idk.

It's been a while since I posted the last time, so here's an update on my personal life and such!

I am going through a bad burn out right now, which is very much my own fault for doing too much without proper breaks. This is why I haven't been posting, as I have hardly had energy to do much around social media.

Unfortunately, I will be taking 2-3 weeks break from commissions. After my break, I will be contacting my waitlisters—Waitlist is still open of course!

Blog change

I also have been thinking about my blog and the content I want to create. Firstly, I'M NOT LEAVING!! I will still be drawing my oc's, fanart and all the normal stuff!

But I have been keeping myself from drawing freely the things I want... I'd like to eventually start sharing more of my personal projects, and they are aimed towards adults with their more darker/mature themes. This includes my fan projects too! For ex. toxic relationships, religious trauma, power dynamics, sexuality, etc. All that good stuff (which of course would have proper warnings).

I also do draw suggestive art and pinups and would like to post those here too! They're not NSFW, but contains sexy poses and innuendos. I have posted some suggestive art (YCH's for example), but I don't feel comfortable posting much, because I have gained underage followers. Which is the topic I want to talk about;

I've decided to make my blog MINORS DNI from now on. My blog description reads "contains suggestive art" and that I am in my 20s. I have gotten minors in my DM's trying to talk to me, and it has made me pretty uncomfortable—Please, for your own safety, do not DM adults you don't know!

I appreciate the love you have given towards my art, but I don't feel like my blog is for you. I know my fandoms are Disney related, which is full of people from all ages.

While I feel bad for making this decision, I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable on my page. I want to create and post what I want freely. I know that I should have done this sooner, as my blog does lack an introduction post, but this problem has risen quite recently!

Hey everyone! You may have formerly known my main blog as @/simplegenius042, but as I'm sure you've figured out, I've renamed myself @/cheshire-cat-talks!

Now the following tagging is to let followers from any current blogs present that I've had a name change and stuff, so... yeah, pretty straightforward! I'll only tag some of @/the-silver-chronicles blog followers/mutuals, specifically ones I've interacted with on my main blog too.
