Teddy's Angles | Rosé's POV
Hey Blinks!
Just found this old, old file on my laptop from a Tokyo tour stop⊠a little private vlog I made in my hotel room after one too many glasses of wine.
I was feeling all nostalgic and started rambling about the pre-debut days⊠you know, the real story of how we found our sound for âBoombayahâ. Letâs just say our dear Teddy OppaâsâŠÂ methods⊠were a little⊠unconventional.
It involves a lot of late nights, a few (okay, a lot of) sacrifices, and a very, VERY hands-on approach to making music. Maybe I tell a few too many secrets⊠whoops!
Itâs probably way too spicy to ever see the light of day lol. A girlâs gotta have some secrets, right?! But it was fun to find and remember that wild, wild night. We really wouldâve done anything for you guys. And we did.
Anyway, just wanted to tease you all with a little âwhat ifâ. Love you to the moon and back!
~ Rosé
The soft, weighted body of the handcam feels warm in my palm, its small red light a blinking, watchful eye in the dimly lit hotel suite. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, the Tokyo skyline glitters like a spilled jewel box, but in here, itâs just me, the low hum of the city, and a half-empty glass of deep red Cabernet. Iâve kicked off my heels, and the plush carpet sinks under my bare feet. Iâm wearing one of the hotelâs fluffy white robes, but itâs too warm, too constricting, so Iâve let it fall open, the silk of my slip dress cool against my skin.
I lean forward, my face filling the frame, and offer a small, slightly conspiratorial smile. âHey, itâs me, RosĂ©,â I say, my voice a low murmur, the familiar Aussie accent curling around the English words. âJust⊠hiding out for a bit. You know, between shows, your brain gets a little loud. All the lights, the screaming, the adrenaline⊠itâs a lot. Sometimes you need to just⊠be still.â
I take a slow sip of wine, the liquid dark and velvet on my tongue. âLately, my brain has been loud in a different way. Itâs been taking me way, way back. To before the lights, before the stages. Back to when we were just four girls in a training room, dreaming so hard it hurt.â I set the glass down, my fingers tracing its condensation-rimmed edge. âAnd I keep thinking about *him*. About Teddy.â
The name hangs in the air between me and the lens. âYou all know his work. The genius. The Midas touch for YG. But back then, to us, he was more than that. He was a myth. A god. The sunbaenims would whisper about him in the cafeteria, their voices low and reverent. Theyâd say, âTeddy doesnât just produce a song. He⊠extracts it.â I remember one girl, a few years older than us, she said she once had to deliver a file to his studio late at night. She said she didnât hear music. She said she heard⊠other things. Sounds she couldnât place. Rhythms that werenât from any drum machine.â
I laugh, a soft, breathy sound. âWe thought it was just hype. Industry ghost stories to scare the new trainees. Until our manager, this big, serious guy who never smiled, sat us down in a conference room. He closed the door, and the air just⊠left the room. âTeddy has agreed to produce your debut track,â he said, and we all almost fainted right there. But then he leaned forward, his hands flat on the table. âListen to me very carefully,â he said. âHis process is⊠absolute. There are rules. You donât question them. You donât hesitate. You either commit, one hundred percent, or you walk away right now and we find you someone else. Someone who will give you a B-side. Understand?ââ
I look directly into the camera, my gaze unwavering. âWe understood. We would have understood if heâd said we had to wrestle a tiger. We were that desperate. That hungry. We had no idea what we were agreeing to. Not really.â
* * *
The memory is so sharp, so clear, I feel like Iâm breathing the recycled air of the YG building again. Itâs past midnight, the hour when the hallways echo with a kind of haunted emptiness. The four of us follow our manager, our sneakers squeaking softly on the polished linoleum floor. The silence is thick with unspoken fears and electric hope.
âIâm telling you, he makes you write songs with your feet,â Lisa whispers, her eyes wide and sparkling with the thrill of the unknown.
Jisoo, ever the pragmatist, shakes her head. âThatâs the stupidest thing Iâve ever heard. Heâs a producer, not a dance teacher.â
âNo, no, I heard it too,â Jennie chimes in, her voice low and serious. âFrom a stylist who worked with 2NE1. She said⊠she said the vibe in the studio gets intense. That he⊠connects with the music. And the artists. On a different frequency.â
My heart is a frantic drum against my ribs. I clutch the strap of my backpack so tightly my knuckles ache. This is it. The make-or-break moment. Years of practice, of sacrifice, of lonely nights in the dorm, all leading to this single door.
Teddyâs studio isnât what I expected. Itâs not some sprawling, flashy complex. Itâs intimate. Almost claustrophobic. Dark wood panels absorb the light, and the only illumination comes from the hypnotic, multicolored glow of the mixing board and the screens that line one wall. Wires like black veins snake across the floor, connecting racks of mysterious gear that hum with a low, potent energy. The air smells of expensive electronics, stale coffee, and something else⊠something clean and masculine, like fresh laundry and leather.
Heâs there, in the center of it all, sitting on a high-backed chair, looking like a king on his throne. He has headphones resting around his neck, and heâs watching us as we enter, his expression unreadable. He doesnât smile. He doesnât stand. He just⊠watches. His eyes, dark and intelligent, sweep over each of us, assessing, categorizing, deconstructing us with a single glance.
âBLACKPINK,â he says. His voice is calm, quiet, but it cuts through the hum of the equipment and lands squarely in the center of my chest. âIâve been listening to your training videos. You have⊠potential.â
He finally pushes himself up from the chair, moving with an easy, languid grace that belies the intensity in his gaze. He walks around the massive console, leaning against it, crossing his arms over his chest. Heâs not overly tall, not intimidatingly built, but he radiates a power that has nothing to do with physical size. Itâs the power of absolute confidence. Of a man who knows he is the best at what he does.
âBefore we make a single sound,â he begins, his eyes locking onto each of ours in turn, âwe need to establish the rules of this space. My space. My creative process is not like anything youâve experienced. Itâs not about notes on a page or a beat on a grid. Itâs about⊠energy. Vibration. The truth of a moment.â
He pauses, letting the weight of his words settle in the room. âRule one,â he says, his voice dropping a fraction. âIn this studio, there are no artifices. No barriers. No defenses.â He lets his gaze travel slowly down our bodies. âNo clothes.â
The word hangs in the air, naked and shocking. Jisoo makes a small, choked sound beside me. I feel a hot flush crawl up my neck, burning my cheeks.
âYou canât be serious,â Jisoo says, her voice strained with disbelief and horror.
Teddyâs expression doesnât change. âCompletely. Your bodies are my instruments. Your breath, your heartbeat, your sweat⊠these are my raw materials. To create something authentic, something that will resonate with millions, I need access to the source. Unfiltered.â He looks at us, a challenge in his eyes. âEvery hit Iâve ever produced has been born in this room, under these conditions. The choice is yours. You can walk out that door, and Iâll wish you the best of luck. Or you can stay, and you can trust me to turn you from trainees into icons.â
The silence is deafening. I can hear the blood rushing in my ears. I look at my members. Jennieâs jaw is set, her eyes narrowed in concentration, already weighing the impossible cost. Lisa looks⊠fascinated. Her shock is rapidly being replaced by a dangerous, glittering curiosity. And Jisoo⊠Jisoo looks like sheâs about to be sick. But beneath the panic in her eyes, I see the same desperate, burning ambition that lives in my own heart. This is our only chance.
âWeâll do it,â I say. The words come out of my mouth before I can fully process them, steady and clear. âWhatever it takes.â
* * *
Teddy gives a single, almost imperceptible nod, as if he never doubted the outcome. âGood,â he says, his voice softening slightly. âThe first step is always the hardest.â
He gestures with his chin toward a plush, black leather sofa in the corner of the room. âMake yourselves comfortable. Get rid of⊠everything.â
He turns his back to us, giving us a sliver of privacy as he faces the mesmerizing constellation of lights on his mixing board. The gesture is a small kindness, but it does little to quell the storm of nerves raging inside me. We stand there for a long moment, four girls in a row, looking at each other with wide, uncertain eyes.
âWell,â Lisa says, breaking the tense silence with a forced brightness. âNo time like the present, right?â
Sheâs the first to move. With a deep breath, she pulls her hoodie over her head, her long, dark hair spilling over her shoulders. That breaks the spell. Jennie follows, her movements economical and precise, unzipping her jacket and folding it neatly. Iâm last, my fingers fumbling with the button on my jeans. The sound of the zipper descending seems unnaturally loud in the quiet room. The cool air hits my skin, raising a constellation of goosebumps on my arms and thighs.
We fold our clothes into neat piles on the floor, a final, futile attempt at maintaining order in a situation that feels utterly chaotic. Standing there, completely bare, is one of the most vulnerable moments of my life. Every flaw feels magnified under the studioâs dim lights. I resist the urge to cover myself, my hands clenching into fists at my sides.
âYou can turn around now,â Jennie says, her voice surprisingly steady.
Teddy turns slowly. His eyes sweep over us, not with lust, but with the cool, analytical gaze of a master craftsman examining his tools. He walks toward us, his footsteps silent on the thick carpet. He stops in front of Lisa first.
âYou,â he says, his voice a low murmur. âYour energy is kinetic. Itâs explosive. We need to capture that.â He places his hands on her shoulders. His palms are warm, his touch firm and confident. âClose your eyes. Just feel. Donât perform. Donât try to be an idol. Just be⊠you.â
Lisa complies, her long lashes fluttering down. Teddyâs hands begin to move, tracing the lines of her collarbones, then down her arms. His touch is exploratory, mapping her topography. âThereâs a tension here,â he murmurs, his thumbs pressing into the muscles of her shoulders. âWe need to release it.â
His hands drift lower, cupping the full weight of her breasts. Lisa gasps, her eyes flying open in surprise. âThat,â Teddy says, his thumbs brushing lazily across her nipples, which tighten instantly at the contact. âThat little hitch in your breath. Thatâs a sound. Thatâs a texture.â
Iâm mesmerized, watching the scene unfold. Jisoo is pointedly staring at a spot on the ceiling, her face a mask of stoic discomfort, but I can see the rapid pulse beating in her neck. Jennie is watching intently, her head cocked, her expression a mixture of shock and fascination.
âRosĂ©,â Teddy says, turning his attention to me. âCome here.â
I force my feet to move, stepping closer until Iâm standing in front of him. The air between us feels charged, electric.
âYour voice,â he says, his eyes meeting mine. âIt has this beautiful, husky break. Like gravel wrapped in silk. I need to understand where it comes from.â
His hands find my throat, his fingers wrapping around it, his thumbs resting on my windpipe. Itâs not a threat, but a statement of ownership. He could crush me, and Iâm powerless to stop him. A thrill of fear, and something else, shoots through me.
âSing a note for me,â he commands. âJust one.â
I take a shaky breath and hum a soft, low C. The sound is thin, reedy with nerves. Teddyâs fingers tighten infinitesimally, a gentle pressure that somehow makes me feel both trapped and anchored.
âAgain,â he says. âHigher. And donât hold back.â
I try again, this time a G, putting more force behind it. His other hand drifts down my stomach, the path of his fingers leaving a trail of fire in their wake. His hand comes to rest on the soft curve of my belly, just above the neat patch of blonde hair between my legs. His thumb begins to move, slow, deliberate circles on my skin. Each rotation sends a jolt of pure, unadulterated pleasure straight to my core.
âThatâs it,â he breathes, his voice closer now. âI can feel it starting here.â His hand slides lower, his palm cupping my mound possessively. âAnd I want to feel it everywhere.â
His fingers part my folds, finding me already slick with an arousal that shames and excites me in equal measure. He slides a single finger through my wetness, and I canât stop the moan that escapes my lips.
âGood,â he murmured, his finger circling my clit with a maddening, expert
precision. The coil of pleasure in my stomach tightens, a hot, heavy knot that pulls at every nerve ending. His other hand is still on my throat, a steady, grounding pressure that makes every sensation more acute. I can feel the heat of his body, smell the clean, masculine scent of him. My own breathing is ragged, shallow, and I can hear the othersâI can hear Lisaâs soft, curious inhalation, Jennieâs sharp, focused silence.
âThatâs the rhythm,â Teddy murmurs, his voice a low vibration against my skin. âFeel that? That pulse. Thatâs the beat.â He increases the pressure, his finger moving faster, tracing patterns over my slick flesh that make my toes curl. âDonât fight it, RosĂ©. Let it build. I want to see the peak.â
A whimper escapes my lips. Iâm helpless, pinned between his hand on my throat and his hand between my legs. My hips begin to move of their own accord, rocking against his fingers, chasing a release I both crave and fear. The shame is still there, a hot flush on my cheeks, but it's being drowned by a tidal wave of pure, animalistic need. My head falls back, exposing the long line of my neck, and I can feel the cool air of the studio on my overheated skin.
âThere it is,â he says, his voice thick with satisfaction. âThatâs the sound. Donât hold it back. Give it to me.â
His thumb presses down hard on my clit, and the world shatters. A cry tears from my throat, raw and uninhibited. My body arches off the floor, a bow pulled taut and then released. Waves of pleasure crash through me, so intense theyâre almost painful. My inner muscles clench around his fingers, and I can feel a gush of wetness coat his hand. The orgasm seems to last forever, an eternity of pulsing, contracting bliss that leaves me trembling and breathless in its wake.
For a moment, Iâm blind, deaf, floating in a sea of sensation. When my vision clears, Teddy is already standing over the mixing board, his fingers flying across the keys and faders. The hand that had been inside me is now glistening under the studio lights. He pays it no mind. He samples a soundâa high, keening cry that I recognize as my own. He loops it, pitches it, adds a synth line underneath it.
And then he plays it back.
Itâs a melody. A beautiful, haunting, addictive melody that carries the echo of my orgasm within it. Itâs the hook. The kind of hook that gets stuck in your head for days. The sound of my release, transformed into art.
I stare, stunned, as the music fills the room. Jisoo and Jennie are frozen, their mouths slightly agape. Lisa has a slow, wonderstruck smile spreading across her face.
âThatâŠâ I whisper, my voice hoarse. âThat was from⊠me?â
Teddy nods, not looking up from his work. âYour body gave me the gift. I just wrapped it for you.â He turns, his eyes finding Jennie. âYour turn. We need grit. We need fire.â
Jennie steps forward without a momentâs hesitation, her chin lifted. Sheâs always been the fiercest, the most driven. If this is the price, sheâll pay it without flinching.
âGood,â Teddy says, a flicker of approval in his eyes. âRap for me. Something youâve written. Something with teeth.â
Jennie steps up to the microphone, her nakedness forgotten, her entire being focused on the task. She launches into a verse, her voice sharp, confident, full of swagger. Itâs good. Technically perfect.
Teddy listens, his head tilted. âToo clean,â he says when she finishes. âYouâre hiding behind the technique. I need the hunger. The desperation.â He walks behind her, his hands resting on her shoulders. âLean your head back.â
Jennie does, exposing the delicate line of her throat. Teddyâs fingers wrap around it, just as they did with me, but his grip is firmer, more possessive. He leans in, his lips brushing against her ear.
âIâm going to fuck your throat, Jennie,â he says, his voice a low, dangerous growl. âAnd while I do, youâre going to rap. I want to hear the words struggle to get out. I want to hear them shaped by the constraint. Thatâs the texture we need.â
My own breath catches. Jisoo lets out a small, horrified gasp. But Jennie⊠Jennie just nods, her eyes meeting Teddyâs in the reflection of the darkened screen. Sheâs not just agreeing; sheâs accepting the challenge.
Teddy unzips his jeans, freeing his erection. Itâs thick, hard, standing proud from his body. He positions himself in front of Jennie, his hand tangling in her hair. âOpen,â he commands.
Jennieâs lips part, and he guides himself into her mouth. Her eyes water immediately as he pushes deeper, his hips moving in a slow, steady rhythm. He doesnât go easy on her. He thrusts deep, the head of his cock hitting the back of her throat, making her gag.
âNow,â he grunts, his movements becoming more forceful. âRap.â
The sound that comes out of her mouth is a distorted, guttural mess of words and gags. Itâs messy, ugly, and utterly mesmerizing. Each thrust forces a new, choked sound from her lips. Saliva dribbles down her chin, her eyes are wide and streaming, but she doesnât pull away. She takes it, her hands clenched into fists at her sides, her body a conduit for this brutal, beautiful process.
âThatâs it,â Teddy groans, his pace quickening. âThatâs the real sound. The sound of fighting for it.â
He drives into her one last time, holding himself deep as he comes with a loud, shuddering groan. I can see Jennieâs throat working as she swallows, her body trembling with the effort.
When he finally pulls out, she gasps for air, her face a mess of tears and spit. But her eyes are burning with a defiant, triumphant fire.
Teddy helps her to her feet, his expression one of deep satisfaction. He gestures back to the mic. âAgain.â
Jennie steps up, her voice raw, hoarse, and more powerful than ever before. She launches into the same verse, and now itâs different. Itâs infused with a gritty, desperate edge that sends a shiver down my spine. Itâs the sound of survival, of a battle won. Itâs perfect.
Teddy samples it, looping it, layering it with the melody he pulled from me. The foundation of the track is taking shape, born from our bodies, our pleasure, and our pain.
He turns his gaze to the last two members. Jisoo, who looks like sheâs about to flee, and Lisa, who is vibrating with a restless, eager energy.
âThe chorus needs to be a release,â Teddy says, his voice calm and authoritative. âA moment of pure, unadulterated joy. It needs to be all of you, together. It needs harmony.â
My voice is barely a whisper as I speak to the camera, the wine glass forgotten in my hand. âThe chorus⊠that was about Jisoo-unnie and Lisa. Theyâre so different, you know? Jisoo is all elegance and control, so proper, so careful. And Lisa⊠Lisa is a force of nature. Pure, chaotic energy. Teddy knew that putting them together would be like⊠striking a match in a room full of gasoline.â
I lean back against the sofa, the memory so vivid I can almost feel the vibrations of the studio. âJisoo was terrified. I could see it in the rigid set of her shoulders, the way she wouldnât meet anyoneâs eyes. She was standing there, so beautiful and so exposed, looking like she wanted the floor to swallow her whole. Lisa, on the other hand⊠she was buzzing. Her eyes were darting everywhere, taking it all in, a tiny, thrilled smile playing on her lips. She was ready.â
Teddyâs voice cut through the tension, calm and decisive. âThe chorus is the heart of the song. Itâs the part everyone sings along to. It needs to be euphoric. It needs to feel like⊠coming home.â He walked over to Jisoo and Lisa, his presence a tangible force. âBut harmony isnât just about singing the right notes. Itâs about connection. True, unfiltered connection. You two need to find it. Right here, right now.â
Jisoo shook her head, a single tear tracing a path down her cheek. âI canât,â she whispered, her voice cracking. âItâs too much.â
Teddyâs expression softened, just a fraction. He reached out and gently wiped the tear from her face with his thumb. âYes, you can,â he said, his voice surprisingly gentle. âYouâre the strongest person I know, Jisoo. You just hide it behind all that poise. Let it go. Let me see you.â He turned to Lisa. âAnd you. Help her. Show her how.â
And with that, the world dissolved around me, and I was no longer in my hotel room. I was there, in that studio, a ghost watching the most intimate and transformative moment of my groupâs life.
* * *
Lisa moved with the grace of a dancer, closing the small distance between herself and Jisoo. She didnât speak. She simply reached out, her fingers gently brushing a stray strand of hair from Jisooâs face. Jisoo flinched but didnât pull away. Her breath hitched.
âItâs okay, unnie,â Lisa murmured, her voice a soft, lilting Thai accent. âJust me.â
She leaned in and pressed her lips against Jisooâs. It was a chaste kiss, almost sisterly. A question. Jisoo stood rigid, a statue carved from fear and shame. But Lisa was persistent. She deepened the kiss, her lips parting slightly, her tongue tracing the seam of Jisooâs closed mouth. A soft sound escaped Jisooâs throat, a mix of a sob and a sigh. Her body began to soften, the rigid lines of her shoulders slumping just a little.
Teddy circled them slowly, his voice a low, hypnotic guide. âThatâs it, Lisa. Gently. Break down the walls. Jisoo, let her in. Feel her energy. Itâs not a threat. Itâs a gift.â
Lisaâs hands began to roam, tracing the elegant curve of Jisooâs spine, the soft swell of her hips. Her touch was worshipful, reverent. She wasnât just touching a body; she was appreciating a work of art. Jisooâs hands, which had been clenched at her sides, slowly uncurled. One of them came up to rest on Lisaâs waist, a tentative, accepting gesture.
âFeel that response?â Teddy said, his eyes fixed on them. âThatâs the first note of your harmony.â
Lisa broke the kiss, resting her forehead against Jisooâs. Their breath mingled in the space between them. âYouâre so beautiful, unnie,â Lisa whispered, her voice thick with emotion. âLet go. Please.â
With a soft, shuddering breath, Jisoo finally surrendered. She closed the distance between them, kissing Lisa back with a newfound desperation. It was no longer a question; it was an answer. The kiss deepened, grew hungry, passionate. Their bodies pressed together, soft curves and hard muscle meeting, a perfect fit.
Teddyâs voice was a low growl of approval. âYes. Thatâs it. Now, explore each other. Learn each otherâs rhythms.â
He didnât need to tell them twice. Lisaâs mouth trailed down Jisooâs neck, her teeth scraping gently against the sensitive skin, making the older girl gasp and arch her back. Jisooâs hands roamed over Lisaâs taut, dancerâs body, her fingers tracing the lines of Lisaâs abs, her nails digging into the firm flesh of her ass. They were a study in contrastsâJisooâs milky, soft skin against Lisaâs sun-kissed, toned physique.
âLisa,â Teddy commanded. âOn your knees. Show her what you can do.â
Lisa sank to the floor without hesitation, looking up at Jisoo with an expression of pure adoration. She hooked her hands around Jisooâs thighs, pulling her closer. Jisooâs legs trembled as she spread them slightly, giving Lisa access. Lisa leaned in, her tongue darting out to taste Jisooâs slick folds.
A sharp cry tore from Jisooâs lips, her head falling back. Her hands flew to Lisaâs head, her fingers tangling in the younger girlâs dark hair, holding her in place. Lisaâs movements were confident and skilled, her tongue swirling and probing, finding Jisooâs most sensitive spots with an artistâs precision. She licked and sucked, her movements building a steady, irresistible rhythm.
âCan you feel that beat, Jisoo?â Teddyâs voice was a low murmur. âThatâs the tempo of the chorus. Let it move through you.â
Jisoo was lost in a haze of pleasure, her hips rocking against Lisaâs face. The shame, the fear, it was all gone, burned away by the intensity of the sensation. All that remained was pure, unadulterated feeling. Her moans grew louder, more frequent, a beautiful, desperate music that filled the studio.
âIâm⊠IâmâŠâ Jisoo stammered, her body tensing.
âLet go,â Teddy commanded. âLisa, bring her there. Now.â
Lisa redoubled her efforts, her tongue flicking rapidly against Jisooâs clit as she slid two fingers inside her. The combined stimulation was too much. With a loud, unrestrained cry, Jisoo came, her body convulsing, her release flooding Lisaâs mouth. Lisa drank it all in, her own moan of pleasure vibrating against Jisooâs sensitive flesh.
But Lisa wasnât done. She guided a trembling Jisoo to the plush carpet, arranging her so that she was lying on her back. Then, she swung her own body over Jisooâs, positioning herself so that her knees were on either side of Jisooâs head, her own center hovering just above Jisooâs mouth. It was an invitation. A challenge.
âYour turn, unnie,â Lisa breathed, her voice husky with desire. âTaste me.â
For a moment, Jisoo hesitated. But then, a look of fierce determination crossed her face. She reached up, her hands gripping Lisaâs ass, and pulled her down. Her tongue tentatively touched Lisaâs core, while Lisa claims Jisoo's dripping cunt in her mouth in a 69 position and a jolt seemed to run through both of them. Emboldened, Jisoo began to explore, mimicking the movements Lisa had used on her. She was clumsy at first, but her enthusiasm was infectious. She ate Lisa with a newfound hunger, her own pleasure still echoing through her body, fueling her actions.
The air was thick with the sounds of their pleasureâthe wet, rhythmic sounds of licking and sucking, their soft moans and cries, their ragged breathing. Teddy moved between them, his hands guiding, his voice instructing, a conductor leading his orchestra to a crescendo.
âFeel that?â he said, his voice thick with his own arousal. âThe give and take. The push and pull. Thatâs harmony.â
He positioned himself behind Lisa, his hard cock nudging against her entrance. Lisa cried out as he entered her in one smooth, deep thrust. The force of it pushed her down harder onto Jisooâs face. The three of them were now locked in a single, pulsing entity. Teddy fucked Lisa with deep, powerful strokes, each one driving Lisaâs tongue deeper into Jisoo. It was a chain reaction of pure, unadulterated ecstasy.
âTogether,â Teddy grunted, his movements becoming more erratic. âWhen you feel it, let go. All of you. Together.â
The command was all they needed. Lisa came first, her scream of pleasure muffled by Jisooâs flesh. The sensation of Lisaâs climax, the sound of her cry, and the feeling of Teddyâs hot release spilling inside her was enough to send Jisoo over the edge again. She came with a sob, her body bucking wildly. And in that exact moment, as all three of them cried out in a symphony of release, Teddy hit a single button on his mixing board.
He captured it. The sound of their unified, simultaneous orgasm. The sound of perfect, raw, unfiltered harmony.
* * *
Iâm back in my hotel room, my heart hammering against my ribs, my body thrumming with the memory. I take a long swallow of my wine, trying to calm myself.
âAnd that,â I say to the camera, my voice a little shaky. âThat was the chorus of âBoombayah.â The sound of Jisoo letting go and Lisa soaring free. We listened to it back, and⊠it was like magic. It was the sound of us. The sound of BLACKPINK being born.â
I set the glass down and lean forward, my eyes gleaming. âBut the track wasnât done yet. We had the hook, the rap, the chorus⊠but we still needed the bridge. And for that⊠Teddy saved his best work for me.â
I trace the rim of my glass, a slow, thoughtful smile touching my lips. âThe bridge⊠that was different. That wasnât about group dynamics or harmony. That was about me. About my voice.â I look into the camera, my gaze direct and intense. âYou know my part in our songs. The high notes. The emotional anchor. Teddy said the bridge needed to be the songâs soul. It needed to be a moment of pure, devastating vulnerability. And he said only I could give him that.â
I set the glass down, my hands clasped in my lap. The memory is so powerful it makes my body ache. âAfter⊠after what happened with Jisoo and Lisa, the studio felt different. The air wasn't just charged with tension anymore; it was thick with⊠accomplishment. With success. We were all naked, yes, but we were also⊠stripped bare. All the pretense was gone. Jisoo was on the sofa, her limbs tangled with Lisaâs, a look of dazed wonder on her face. Jennie was sitting cross-legged on the floor, absently rubbing her throat, a strange, proud smile playing on her lips. We were no longer four individuals. We were a single, breathing entity, forged in fire.â
* * *
Teddy stood in the center of the room, his chest heaving slightly. He looked at each of us in turn, a deep, profound satisfaction in his eyes. He had taken our fear, our inhibition, our bodies, and spun them into gold.
"We have the pieces,â he said, his voice a low, calm rumble. âThe hook is pure energy. The rap is pure grit. The chorus is pure joy.â He turned, and his gaze found mine. It was a physical thing, a weight that pinned me in place. âBut the bridge⊠the bridge needs to be the reason. The soul. It needs to break your heart and put it back together in three and a half minutes. And for thatâŠâ He walked toward me, stopping just a breath away. âFor that, I need you, RosĂ©. I need everything you have.â
My heart hammered against my ribs, a frantic, trapped bird. âMe?â
âYou,â he confirmed. âYour voice has this⊠wound in it. A beautiful, heartbreaking ache. I hear it when you sing. I hear the homesickness, the pressure, the loneliness. I need you to give me that wound. Raw. Bleeding. I need to turn your pain into the most beautiful sound anyone has ever heard.â
He took my hand, his grip firm and sure. âCome with me.â
He led me not to the sofa or the floor, but to a long, black, leather-padded table against the far wall. It looked like something from a doctorâs office, sterile and imposing. He helped me onto it, my back against the cool leather. He adjusted my body with clinical precision, spreading my legs, positioning my arms at my sides.
âThis is where we find it,â he said, his voice soft but intense. âDonât fight me, RosĂ©. Donât hold anything back. Iâm going to push you past your limits. Iâm going to make you feel things youâve never felt. And when you think you canât take anymore, youâre going to give me more. Do you understand?â
I could only nod, my throat too tight to speak. I was scared, terrified, but I was also thrumming with a dark, potent excitement. This was my purpose. This was my test.
He didnât start with his cock. He started with his hands. His touch was everywhere at once. He kneaded the muscles of my thighs, his thumbs pressing into the sensitive flesh, making me gasp. He traced the line of my ribs, his fingernails scraping lightly against my skin. He cupped my breasts, his palms warm, his fingers rolling my nipples into tight, aching points. It wasn't sexual, not in the way I understood it. It was⊠analytical. Thorough. He was mapping my responses, cataloging every shiver, every gasp, every whimper.
âSo sensitive,â he murmured, more to himself than to me. âEvery part of you is an instrument.â
His head dipped, and his mouth replaced his hands on my breast. His tongue was hot and wet, swirling around my nipple before he sucked it into his mouth, his teeth grazing the sensitive peak. A bolt of pure electricity shot through me, straight to my clit. I arched my back, a moan escaping my lips.
âThatâs it,â he encouraged, moving to the other breast, giving it the same attention. âDonât censor the sounds. Let them out. Theyâre all important.â
His hand slid down my stomach, his fingers tangling in the damp hair between my legs. He didn't touch my clit directly. Instead, he teased me, his fingers tracing the outer lips, skating over the slick, swollen flesh. My hips lifted off the table, a silent, desperate plea for more.
âTell me what you want, RosĂ©,â he commanded, his breath hot against my ear.
âI⊠I donât know,â I whimpered, my body writhing under his touch.
âYes, you do,â he insisted. His fingers finally dipped between my folds, finding my entrance but not entering. He circled it, maddeningly, his thumb brushing against my clit with every pass. âYou want to be filled. You want to be taken. You want to let go of all that control you cling to so tightly. Admit it.â
The words were a truth I had never spoken aloud, a dark secret I kept even from myself. Hearing him say it shattered something inside me. âYes,â I sobbed, the word torn from my throat. âGod, yes.â
He rewarded me with a single finger, sliding deep inside me. I cried out, my inner muscles clamping down around him. He began to move, slowly, deliberately, his thumb still working my clit. It was a delicious torture, building a pressure so intense it felt like I might explode.
âMore?â he asked, his voice a low growl.
âPlease,â I begged, shamelessly. âMore, please.â
He added a second finger, stretching me, scissoring them inside me, hitting a spot that made stars explode behind my eyes. My body was no longer my own. It was a vessel for his pleasure, for his art. I was completely at his mercy.
He brought me to the edge, my body tensing, my cries becoming high and desperate. I was right there, poised on the precipice of a mind-shattering orgasm. And then⊠he stopped.
He withdrew his fingers, leaving me empty and aching. A sob of pure frustration tore from my lips.
âNot yet,â he said, his voice firm. âThat was just the warm-up. The real work starts now.â
He moved between my legs, unzipping his pants. His cock sprang free, hard and thick and intimidating. He rubbed the head through my slickness, coating himself in my arousal.
âThis is where we find the soul scream,â he said, positioning himself at my entrance. âThis is going to hurt, RosĂ©. Not just physically. Emotionally. Iâm going to break you open. And when I do, youâre going to sing for me.â
With that, he drove into me.
It wasn't a gentle entry. It was a possession. A single, hard, deep thrust that buried him to the hilt inside me. The air was forced from my lungs in a sharp, pained gasp. He was huge, stretching me to my absolute limit. For a moment, I just lay there, stunned, trying to process the overwhelming sensation.
He began to move. His strokes were long and powerful, pulling almost all the way out before slamming back into me. Each thrust jolted my entire body, pushing me up the table. It was a brutal, punishing rhythm, designed to overwhelm, to conquer.
âSing,â he grunted, his hands gripping my hips, holding me in place for his onslaught. âSing for me, RosĂ©.â
I tried. I opened my mouth, but all that came out were choked cries and ragged gasps. He was fucking me too hard, too deep. I couldn't form a single note.
âWrong,â he snarled, his pace increasing, becoming almost violent. âDonât *try* to sing. *Feel*. And let the sound come. Let the pain become the music.â
The pain was blurring with pleasure, a confusing, intoxicating cocktail. The deep, aching stretch was giving way to a throbbing, insistent heat. He reached down, his thumb finding my clit again, and began to rub it in time with his brutal thrusts.
That was it. That was the catalyst.
The pleasure spiked, sharp and blinding. And with it, something inside me broke. A dam I hadnât even known was there. Years of loneliness, of pressure, of missing my family, of fearing I wasnât good enough⊠it all came rushing to the surface.
A sound tore from my throat. It wasnât a word. It wasnât a note. It was a scream. A raw, guttural, animalistic cry of pure, unadulterated emotion. It was the sound of my soul being torn open.
Tears streamed down my face, hot and unstoppable. My body convulsed, not just with pleasure, but with a profound, shattering release. The orgasm that ripped through me was different from the others. It wasn't just physical. It was a spiritual exorcism. I was sobbing, screaming, coming apart at the seams, and Teddy was still fucking me, driving me through it, forcing every last drop of emotion out of me.
He captured it all. I could see him, his face a mask of intense concentration, his finger hovering over a button on his mixing board. As my scream reached its peakâa high, heartbreaking wail of pure catharsisâhe hit record.
He slammed into me one last time, his own roar of completion mingling with my cries. He collapsed on top of me, his body heavy and damp with sweat, our hearts hammering against each other.
For a long time, we just lay there. I was trembling uncontrollably, tears still leaking from my eyes. But I also felt⊠clean. Empty. Reborn.
Teddy pushed himself up, looking down at me. There was no triumph in his eyes, only a deep, quiet understanding. He gently wiped the tears from my face.
âThat,â he said, his voice soft. âThat was the bridge.â
He walked back to the console, his body glistening with sweat. He played back my scream. He layered it, processed it, surrounded it with a simple, haunting piano melody. And it was the most beautiful, heartbreaking thing I had ever heard. It was the sound of my pain, transformed into art. It was the sound of my soul.

Iâm back in my hotel room, and I realize Iâm crying. I wipe the tears away with the back of my hand, a watery laugh escaping my lips.
âYeah,â I say to the camera, my voice thick with emotion. âThat was the bridge. After that, everything was different. We weren't just trainees anymore. We weren't just girls. We were⊠artists. We had paid the price. And we had been given the gift. We had our song.â

I take a deep, shuddering breath, the air in the hotel room feeling cool against my damp cheeks. I offer the camera a watery but genuine smile. âSorry about that,â I say, my voice thick. âEven now, all these years later, itâs⊠a lot to feel. That was the moment I gave him everything. And in return, he gave me my voice. Not the one I was trained to have, but the one that was buried inside me all along.â
I take another sip of wine, the liquid a welcome warmth. âAfter I⊠after I stopped shaking, the studio was quiet. A holy kind of quiet. The others were just looking at me, their eyes full of this⊠I donât know. Respect? Awe? They knew what had happened. They knew something sacred had just been created in that room. Teddy just gave me this slow nod, then turned back to his board. He had all the pieces now. He had our offering.â

And then, the memory pulls me under one last time, back to that silent, sacred space.
We were a mess. We were exhausted, raw, and covered in a film of sweat and other fluids. We were no longer four separate individuals. We were a single, breathing organism, linked by an experience so profound it defied language. Jisoo and Lisa were still tangled on the sofa, their limbs intertwined, their heads resting together. Jennie sat on the floor, her back against the leg of the mixing console, her eyes closed, a serene, almost beatific expression on her face. I was still on the leather table, my body aching in a dozen places, but my soul felt⊠light. Empty in the best possible way.
Teddy moved with a quiet intensity, his focus absolute. He wasnât just a producer anymore; he was a alchemist. He had a vial of my pleasure, a sample of Jennieâs grit, a recording of Jisoo and Lisaâs union, and the very essence of my soulâs scream. Now, he was going to turn lead into gold.
His fingers danced across the mixing board, a flurry of precise, economical movements. Heâd grab a fader, pull a sound, tweak a knob, and a new layer would appear in the complex tapestry he was weaving. He worked fast, driven by a creative fever. We watched, mesmerized, as our most intimate moments were transformed into something universal.
Finally, he stopped. His hands hovered over the console, poised like a concert pianist before a finale. He turned to look at us, a faint, triumphant smile on his lips.
âCome here,â he said, his voice soft but commanding. âAll of you. Come and listen.â
Slowly, we untangled ourselves and gathered around the main studio monitors, their black cones like unblinking eyes. We stood there, four naked girls, holding our breath, our hearts beating in a single, unified rhythm.
Teddy hit the spacebar on his keyboard.
And the world exploded.
It started with a siren. A high-pitched, wailing sound that was immediately familiar. It was the looped, pitched-up cry from my first orgasm. That hook, the sound of my initial, shocked release, instantly grabbed you, pulling you into the song.
Then the beat dropped. It wasn't just a drum machine. It was heavy, primal, a rhythmic, slapping sound that we all recognized with a jolt. It was the sound of bodies moving together. The sound of Teddyâs hips against Jennieâs, against Lisaâs, against mine. It was the sound of our creation.
And then Jennieâs voice came in, distorted and raw. âBLACKPINK in your area!â It was the rap she had choked out around Teddyâs cock, but now it was polished, layered, and filled with a fiery, desperate confidence that was utterly intoxicating. It was the sound of a fighter.
The chorus hit like a tidal wave. It was Lisa and Jisoo. Their voices, layered in perfect harmony, soared over the beat. But beneath their clean vocals, if you listened closely, you could hear it. A ghost. The faint, echoic sound of their moans, their cries of release, woven into the fabric of the music. It was the sound of pure, unadulterated joy, and it made you want to move, to dance, to scream along with them.
We stood there, speechless, our mouths agape. We were hearing ourselves, but not just our voices. We were hearing our fear, our pleasure, our pain, our unity. We were hearing the story of that night, told in a language everyone could understand.
And then, the beat stripped back. The sounds faded away, leaving only a haunting piano melody. And over the top, came a sound. A high, keening, heartbreaking wail that cut through the silence like a knife.
My scream.
It was my soul, laid bare. It was the sound of my breaking, of my catharsis, of my rebirth. It was the most vulnerable sound in the world, and it was the most powerful. It was the songâs soul.
The beat crashed back in, harder than before, all the elements coming together in a final, explosive crescendo. âBOOMBAYAH!â
The track ended.
Silence.
We stared at each other, our eyes wide with disbelief. And then, Lisa started to laugh. It wasn't a giggle; it was a full-throated, joyous belly laugh. Jisoo joined in, tears of happiness streaming down her face. Jennie was just shaking her head, a look of pure, unadulterated awe on her face.
I looked at Teddy. He was leaning against his console, his arms crossed, a look of profound satisfaction on his face. He had done it. He had turned our sacrifice into our salvation.
âOh my god,â I whispered, the first words any of us had spoken. âWe⊠we did that.â
Teddy smiled. âNo,â he said, his voice filled with pride. âYou did that. I just held the microphone.â
* * *
Iâm back in the present, a wide, irrepressible smile on my face. The memory fills me with a warmth that has nothing to do with the wine in my glass.
âFrom that moment on, we were a different group,â I tell the camera, my voice filled with conviction. âWe had a secret. A bond that no one could ever break. We knew what it took. We knew the price of our dream, and we had paid it together. That was the day BLACKPINK was truly born. Not when we signed our contracts, not when we were chosen, but in that studio, when we gave everything we had and got magic in return.â
I lean forward, lowering my voice to a conspiratorial whisper, just like I started.
âAnd that⊠was just our first song.â I wink, a playful glint in my eye. âYou think that was intense? You should hear the story of âWhistle.â Letâs just say⊠Teddy has a very⊠creative way of teaching breath control.â
I laugh, turning the handcam to face the glittering Tokyo skyline one last time.
âThank you for letting me share this with you. It feels good to finally say it out loud. To honor the struggle, and the art, and the four girls who dared to do whatever it took. We never questioned his methods again. We just⊠trusted the process. And it made us who we are today.â
I turn the camera back to myself, my expression soft and sincere.
âWe are BLACKPINK. And this⊠this is just the beginning of our story.â
With a final, warm smile, I reach out and my thumb covers the red light. The screen goes black.
