I'm Asiah, a Culinary Artist, Herbalist and Intentional Chef on a mission to infuse every dish with LOVE and a sprinkle of Whimsy.

I began my journey as an Intentional Chef for a record label back in 2019. I would prepare meals for Creatives as a way to encourage and uplift them, energetically, in the midst of the creative process. In 2020, after finding out I was pregnant, I took some time away from my craft to care for and nurture myself and my family as we prepared to welcome a new addition. Around the end of my first trimester, I was presented with the opportunity to learn the beautiful art of Reiki. Reluctantly, I took the very first step on the path of Holistic Practitioner and by May 2021 (an entire year late), my life had blossomed into something even I didn't recognize.

I could now add the titles of Mother and Attuned Reiki Master Teacher/ Practitioner to the long list of capabilities. The next couple of years, I would take time to find myself in these new roles and what appealed most to my soul. In 2023, I founded my Wellness group, here, I would combine all the things I loved into one complete package. We'd gather on a weekly basis to share beautiful meals (prepared by yours truly), discuss our week and any shortcomings we experienced or simply just talk about life in a way that would help us identify something deeper about ourselves. Whenever one of my attendees was having a difficult time, I'd offer them Reiki Healing Sessions to assist in moving through those moments. I'd finally found my purpose.
