The Po-Boy Burger is a delicious and spicy twist on the classic burger, made on a Blackstone griddle. It features juicy beef patties with melted Swiss cheese, crispy bacon, fresh veggies, and a zesty spicy mayo sauce.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 tomato, sliced. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard. 2 tsp hot sauce. 4 slices Swiss cheese. 4 slices bacon, cooked. Pickles for garnish. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Get your Blackstone griddle ready for medium-high heat. Form the ground beef into 4 equal pieces and shape them into burger patties. Add pepper and salt. Put the burger patties on the hot griddle and cook for three to four minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Add a slice of Swiss cheese to each patty to melt in the last minute of cooking. Grill the hamburger buns until they are just barely golden while the burgers are cooking. The Dijon mustard, hot sauce, and mayonnaise should all be mixed together in a small bowl to make a spicy mayo sauce. On the bottom half of each toasted bun, spread the spicy mayo sauce. Attach a burger patty to each bun. Then add a slice of bacon, lettuce shreds, tomato slices, and pickles. To finish the Po-Boy Burger, put the other half of the toasted bun on top. Enjoy while hot!
