This week in The Skinny Trainer... I havenβt posted a workout in a while, so here yβall go! I would consider this an intermediate-advanced workout, so scale down if you need to. Complete 3-5 rounds of this circuit with minimal rest in between each movement (no more than 15-20 seconds), and 60-90 seconds of rest after each round. To note: it will be VERY difficult to not swing during the hanging knee raises, so make sure to grip tight, brace in your core, and activate your latissimus dorsi by βbreakingβ the pull-up bar in half, and depressing your scapula.
