I have ALWAYS wanted to be a runner. I hated running when I was a kid because I was the fat kid and died at every mile run day in school. But I still dreamed of running long distances. In 2013 I downloaded the C25K app and began running. I ❤️ it! I ended up running 3 5k’s that year and discovered I love collecting finisher medals. 🏅 Then I moved and stopped. I miss running so much but for the past few years, every time I try to start running I would have a mental block and running just wasn’t going to happen. Now Im signed up for a race. I have 4 months to go from a couch potato to a 5k runner. So here we go. 🏃‍♀️ Sign up with me or just download the C25K app and lets spend the next 4 months learning to run.
