So i kinda joined the fandom a bit late, and other than the amazing couple that we're blessed with. another thing im so fascinated about ToonxMobster IS THE WORLDBUILDINGGGGG. LIKE THE CONCEPT IS SO D-MN COOL, and ive been staring at my ceiling like its a freshly baked croissant trying to squeeze this idea from my head, but including Toon and Grims, in a little attachment on the story in my lil head, i have a fictional race called 'Etches' [i know it looks like 'itches' but please bear with me] Etches aren't mostly considered a whole Genre, but more of the basic analogy of most, theyre unfinished or abandoned sketches and infrastructures of characters who failed to complete themselves, remaining as an empty skeleton with their messy pencil lines and disorganized concepts. Etches are somewhat similar to Toons and Grims in a way that they were the neighbouring aftermath of that genre, but Etches and the tribes within it are the 'incomplete ones'. most nomadic to find and venture out fictionverse [small hc of mine but the universe is called like that] to find what makes them complete and full, like an established character, and when they do, they ascend their race from an Etch, to something they molded themselves to be. Etches can change their shape, but their transformations are often imperfect, leaving behind rough edges, smudges, or unfinished details like sketching and drafts, but their major flaw is if an Etch is drawn over, defaced, or scribbled on by another being, their form can be altered in ways they can’t control. or their existence is unstable as they haven't been conceptualized or finished ideas, thats why if an Etch loses focus, they might accidentally fade, distort, or even unravel like a half-drawn sketch. JUST A LIL RANT CUZ I LOVE THIS STORY OML
