They have a cool dog-friendly space with arcade games and a great selection of beers. Their two newest releases are the “Super Siced!” Black IPA and “Monk’s Cavern” Dubbel. “La Black IPA est le fruit de la combinaison d’une prodigieuse bière brune à 8,5ºC avec une myriade de houblons (Cascade, Simcoe y Amarillo) qui lui apportent 80 IBU’s (degré d’amertume).  L’Espiga Black IPA présente une couleur noire avec une mousse crémeuse et persistante, de couleur marron clair. En termes d’arômes, nous retiendrons surtout des notes de résine, de plantes herbacées et d’agrumes obtenues grâce aux différentes variétés de houblon ainsi que des notes de café torréfié et de chocolat. Sublime en bouche, bière avec du corps et persistante. Soyeuse et incisive à la fois. Arrière-goût de malts torréfiés, plantes herbacées et agréable amertume finale. Alcool très bien intégré.”
