I found this so cute and so deep about their relationship, it's almost like an unannounced way of saying "I can be myself with you, without fear, without shame" and I think it hurt even more when they're trapped in that building and Elektra is dying and he finally admits that she's the only person who understands him and sees him completely, his vigilante side and his lawyer side (even though she doesn't like his moral side a lot). She accepts him the way he is, she doesn't ask him to stop, of course she tried to corrupt him and make him change (in the sense of not restricting himself to not killing criminals) but she still accepts him and he does that too, he wants her to change but still loves her the way she is.

Acts of Service: Frank was a family father and an army man, of course he does acts of service. Provider mentality is carved into his brain. Will cook, earn, keep the environment clean for convenience, will ensure everyone's safety, set up locks and traps, plan escape routes, take care of the the sick and injured ones, will get small tasks out of the way for his darlings. Will bring Dex his meds, will cook with Matt for the others, will help gather whatever intel Karen needs for her work, will do weapon maintenance for Elektra

Quality time: always had a sense of never having enough time with her loved ones (like her mom and brother) and having regrets about the time she did have, so makes sure to spend lots of time with her partners. Going on dates, doing hobbies together, cooking together, just sitting and enjoying each other's presence. Considering all her partners having problems with similiar issues (Elektra never having a proper childhood, Frank losing his family, Dex never having a support system growing up and always being used for his abilities, Matt losing everyone he loves) she makes sure to spend lots of quality time with them both individually and as a group

Acts of Service: Doesn't know how else to show his love. Physical touch is associated with violence, words are associated with lies, quality time us usually for manipulation, gifts are only there to want something in return. Acts? Absolute. Obedience, honesty, loyalty, those are his ways of showing love because he never learned how else it can be. Actions don't lie. Physical Touch: Naturally touchy. Also is more used to touching for the intention of harm, so choosing to touch for affection and love is also a subtle way of taking back her autonomy

Quality time: just a hopeless romantic at heart so loves the "normal" things. Dates, going on walks, chatting, working in the same space, sharing experiences and all

Words of affirmation: Very good with words as long as his own emotions aren't involved. Knows what to say, how to break away self-loathing thoughts, use logic to shut down negative reasoning, and just overall being reassuring
