Still active with the videos. I guess at the expense of photos, looking over my hard drives, I see a heavy trend towards videos. Need to strike some sort of balance between the two, making sure neither goes neglected.

Seem like many gyms have opened up. But, the Covid-19 pandemic isnt over so I will continue being careful and limit my training to just a few partners. For my parents sake and for my 99 year old grandma. But got some nice sparring done with my coach and professor today. The key is to grab the belt to immobilize the hip. But here I also use a grip on the foot.
