After promotions we headed up to another great @finishers_subonly event to coach and support @aceansley and @tatikoltsova . We will win some and lose some but the journey is fantastic together. We are proud of everyone at our academy for always supporting each other towards their goals. Ansleyβs match ended the with her winning with an armbar finish in regulation after some defending, escaping and batting back from some disadvantaged positions. Way to go Ace! πͺπ» Tati got caught in quick seated armbar off a tight collar tie from standing position. It wasnβt the result we wanted but this is the sport sometimes. We had a tough and skilled opponent in Elyse Shaw from our friends at @riverfrontbjj , which we are grateful for the match and experience.
