So. My penguin is already kind of locked in more or less with her riddler. And my first thoughts on penguin and joker were “penguin almost above everything hates being laughed at and joker loves a good joke at someone else’s expense so this is horrific untenable yuri.” But. They both take pleasure in the suffering of others. They both like dramatic and convoluted schemes. And there is basis in the comics for them getting along when their business interests are aligned. Penguin is order to jokers chaos… much to ponder
