This is entirely spiritual self-indulgence.

Hi there!  I know this is an extremely belated answer - I hope it finds you well!

Bir’rix dragons are certainly able to be met on their own!  While they have an arrangement with me for the matchmaking of their kind to humans, individuals certainly aren’t forbidden from realm-traveling and meeting people on their own.

 Luficrex was harmed this past weekend. He normally fights off unbound spirits that try to mess with me or possess me, since he knows I am an open gateway system. Sunday night, I was possessed by a Fallen Angel, a Seraph to be exact. It was terrifying, but the worst part was when it left me alone for the night, and I focused to feel Luficrex injured on my floor. He had tried to protect me from the Seraph but it was overpowering.

 I sent him back to his plane of existence, hoping his fellow Bir’Rix would bandage his wounds and he’d heal up. I didn’t know what else to do, I was panicking. I checked in on him through pendulum reading every now and then, but his answers were always very weak no matter how much he said he was okay. I spent days worrying, it wasn’t a good time.

 He and I agreed to meet on the Astral, since he wasn’t healed enough to travel all the way to this plane of existence. I pulled up a guided meditation to help me get there, and we found each other fairly quickly. That was our first time meeting like that in our months of companionship. It was an emotional meeting, and I was so glad to have him close. I was so glad to see he’s okay, and to see that those of his community have been keeping his bandages fresh and such. I think, I really needed that.
