happy october everyone! from my mutuals who followed me last year, i started doing a little event for myself called 13 days of halloween, which i will be continuing this year!

the rules i’ve put in place are as follows: from october 19-31, i will be posting an edit of 13 horror/thriller/generally spooky movies that i’ve watched for this spooky season! (i’ve learned from last year that i need to break up my plain horror movie watches with something else in between, lol)

i’ve already started watching these movies and have been reviewing them on my letterboxd (so don’t go there if you don’t want to be spoiled before the edits come out!). and, if you’d like to block these edits for any reason, all of them will be tagged with #mine:halloween13!

as a side note: if you feel like participating in this event yourself, feel free! this started as an event for myself, but if any of you want to participate, tag it as #userweasley i’ll do my best to reblog anything y’all put out!

HAPPY OCTOBER! sooo i have a VERY long watchlist, a lot of which is horror movies that i’ve always wanted to see. in both celebration of the month of october and to get some of those horror movies knocked off my watchlist, i made a new little? challenge? event? for myself called 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN!

rules are simple: from october 19 — 31, i’ll be watching 13 horror movies i’ve never seen and i will post an edit a day of each movie.

all of these will be tagged #mine:halloween13, so feel free to blacklist those if you don’t want to see the edits!

i’m so bad about getting through my watchlist lmao (these 13 probably won’t even make much of a dent in the full list i have) but this will help me get them watched and make me have a fun little event for the rest of y’all to enjoy!

i won’t spoil what movies i’m going to be watching, but i’ve already gotten started on the movies/edits and i’m going to be reviewing/rating them on my letterboxd as i finish watching them (so don’t go there if you don’t want to be spoiled on what i’m watching before the edits are posted)

I’m really enjoying making gifs (since I learned how to make them.. good lmao) but I’m dumb™ and have no inspiration so I’m hoping you guys can help me out with that small detail :))

So, after having just returned from a long hiatus, I’ve found myself very inspired to make lots of lovely new gifsets and stuff. But I am also aware that I have very few friends left on this site & would like to make more. I miss feeling the community vibes here!!
