Well I have to disagree. Yes, maybe the current top10 is weak but we can't negate the fact that the current no.1 and no. 2 in the world are playing some of the best tennis we have ever witnessed; and they are still willing to improve and perfect their game.

The tennis fans already know the stats how there's no tournament since ATP finals 2023 when somebody else has won it which they both have actively played in (not counting the retired out of jannik in Madrid 2024). Whatever tournament they enter, they are instantly the favourites to win and they prove everyone right.

Now, the question is can anybody ever beat them? Well they can try, and yet can only defeat any one of them. Still the chances are far less. If you have to, you have to perfect your game to their level, you need to have a strategy which you can execute it perfectly on court against them; which is again near about impossible.

My next argument is that are carlos and jannik in their prime yet? Can we say that for sure? Big3 had nearly two decades to have their career and peak and here, jannik won his first slam merely two years ago. Their story is far from over, I would say that it's just started.

Henceforth, as tennis fans we should just sit back and enjoy their tennis rather than comparing what's already completed to what's just starting to bloom. I would even dare say that we still haven't seen the best tennis from sincaraz yet, last year's French open is just a preview of that.

These guys would grow, mature and become legends in tennis. Tbf I can't see any potential Novak for their dynamic, if few players can manage their injuries then maybeee... but still not confirmed.

Moreover, we should stop obsessing over big3, and try to replicate that in this generation. Don't pressurise others to become the no.3, and stop wasting your energy in finding and hyping for one. I understand that people want to add competition and spice but...sometimes it's okay not to have a no.3, learn to accept it and move on. If we do find him, we would watch and enjoy.
