It’s kinda funny that Mortal Kombat dropped the lore that Bi-Han and Kuai-Liang had a younger sister who disappeared with her mom when they were taken back to China by their dad and then never really followed up on that. Like, there was a Sub Zero in the Mortal Kombat Conquest TV series who had a younger sister named Lisa, but this was set back when The Great Kung Lao was the MK Champion, so these should just be ancestors of the modern Sub Zeros. Then Frost entered the picture and that would seem to be the perfect character to reveal as their long lost little sister, but… nah, that never even came up. I do think it would be fun to bring a Sub Zero sister back, though. You could probably just make it be Frost’s hidden backstory, but I think regardless I’d also probably do a callback to the Conquest show and name her something like 李子 (Lǐ-zǐ) meaning “Plum” but also sounding a lot like Lisa.
