1. illuminating all (in time) for Heated Rivalry and my only published fic to date. it’s just 2k of Shane staring at Ilya and being like woah…pretty…

These are the numbers he engraves on his heart:

Ilya has eighty moles on his back with seven lingering around the side of his hip in the shape of a shark’s tooth.

He has a single freckle hidden behind his ear that’s in the perfect place for Shane’s thumb to brush against when he cups Ilya’s head to pull him in for a kiss.

The hair on Ilya’s chest and stomach hides more targets for Shane to kiss and suck at, hinted at around the shape of his untamed happy trail—well, those are uncounted for now.

I’m working on more but I am a forever futzer and fiddler.

My favorite one to work on at the moment is paper calendar, which is kinda of a meandering Buck & 118 kids fic that I’m trying to pin down. Right now I’m rewriting May’s intro chapter. Again. And the prologue. Again.

I like to randomly post unconnected snippets of leaf peepers whenever the mood strikes. It’s my self indulgent tourist town au. Basically what if the 118 was based in the pinky of Michigan and buddie happened :)

 “You want to go running, with me, at nine AM, after a hellishly busy shift,” Eddie points out, leaning against the door frame. “I can’t remember the last time you volunteered for ‘pointless physical exertion’.” Chimney’s words. Jogging is one of his and Buck’s shared aversions. Neither of them will step foot onto a treadmill until annual fitness testing rolls around. Chimney doesn’t respond to the dig. “That’s right! Now get changed, nobody wants to see you sweat through LA’s finest gift shop merchandise.” Hands outstretched , he herds Eddie—who’s wearing an oversized LA Zoo t-shirt that must have also come from Buck. It's a wonder the guy hasn’t noticed his closet disappearing—into the bedroom and starts grabbing Eddie’s workout clothes from his dresser and tossing them at him. Catching his gym shorts with one hand, Eddie asks, “Where are we going?”

wait this is such a fun world for you to live in. eddie gets a girlfriend on my favorite tv show (a regular occurrence, much like the tides) and im sobbing and screaming so hard i *checks notes* have to enter a mental hospital to address my psychological dependence on some fucking man that doesn't exist.

The outsiders!! I own 2 copies of it, a regular one and a signed edition with behind the scenes stuff I got myself for Christmas a few years ago :^) god I gotta reread that

I usually end up sitting in my desk chair with one foot tucked under my thigh, and then transition to a the top leg bent with my foot on the chair 👍 if that makes sense

20. preferred place to write (i.e., in a note book, on your laptop, sketchpad, post-it notes, etc.)?

I do all my writing on my laptop in Google Docs, but all my notes are on graph paper and post-its! I used to have a binder with notebook paper I’d use way back in the day but no longer.

Hahahahaaaaa…..I’m moving to another state next year to live that best friends and roommates life. I do not have a job or a plan. 😰

Earbuds for sure, wired ones. I have one pair of headphones for if I’m editing something with audio, but they don’t leave my desk. My favorite brand of earbuds is skull candy! They are cheap :)

21. obsession from childhood?

Obsession number TWO! Maximum Ride. My elementary school librarian suggested the first book to me and my best friend in 5th grade and I was soul trapped by James Patterson for the next 3-ish years. Maxdanwiz was my first forum site lmaooo (yay lurking) I didn’t finish the series though. They tried to imply 5 traumatized science experiments and their talking dog could solve global warming and I was out 😔
