Basically, Two (and Four), decide that TPOT and BFB were too tame, so they took the contestants, little by little, into a large facility building, with numerous floors and no exit.

As the contestants spend more time in the facility, their sanity starts to deteriorate, until they reach their breaking point.

Upon reaching said 'breaking point', the contestants mutate into grotesque, mindless killing machines, who hunt down and kill the surviving contestants.

The goal for the survivors is to escape with their minds intact.

Pen, being amongst the first contestants to wake up in the facility, has survived around 4 months inside the facility. He was originally with his friends Blocky and Eraser, but he was separated from them after an attack from a fallen soul.

He now travels with Tree, the only survivor he's managed to find. He helps Tree around everywhere due to him being blind

During the attack, Pen sustained heavy damage to his right eye, rendering him half blind. That hadn't stopped him from constantly treating Tree's wound, including changing the bandage and using the sparse water he's found to clean it.

He always prioritizes Tree over himself

He wants to find his friends again

He constructed an axe out of a chair leg and a piece of scrap metal. He hasn't had to use it yet....
