Following up my (mostly) successful journey on the Oregon Trail with Oakhurst I decided to send out the members of the Red Kingdom (plus some Blue kingdom rogues) to see if they would fare better
So far Apo has broken three limbs, Mae & Katie have gotten sick, and Cherri & Kitty are thriving 😋
So I’m using this sketch to make a WIP digital piece but like- I need to share it cause look at how cute they areeee (this peice definitely won’t be evil…. Neverrrr…/sar)
Genuinely everytime I imagine characters as kids and who they grew up to me it makes me sick.
And maybe Nom and Katie’s relationship reminds me a lot of my own Brother and I who we planned to grow up together and had such a deep care for each other. Where we over time grew apart. And resented each other for being “better” only to grow closer once my brother moved away :(.
Genuinely any siblings in fiction tend to destroy me. Especially if they seem to “hate” each other but deep down would sacrifice everything to make sure the other is well cared for </3
