I hear this so much. Did you know that the regulations that consider animals “free-range” are made for consumers ears? If you saw these free range animals environments, they are nothing that you would consider free range. You are not wrong for where your consciousness is currently at, Understanding is a process, an evolution. Almost three years ago, I though I was eating healthy by eating “free-range” & “grass fed” animals until I woke to the truth, the science, it’s all there, it simply takes you investing in the education and applying the changes you learn that will better your life & others. The change can seem complex in the beginning but so was learning to walk and tying your shoes (For me it was spelling the word “the”, man that was a hard one.) It is a process. Be gentle with yourself. You are on time. If you want change-Commit to development and don’t ever give up. Enjoy downtime & when the ship is sailing slow. Don’t escape yourself , don’t run away but dive deep within. Little steps of progress are just as important as big and they add up. Every bit of your effort counts and is a victory.
