A nice successful slice off the piece of layered lepidolite I have sitting on my table beside. I need a thinner, longer blade for my bigger mica book... if I can find it. I put it aomewhere in a box... That's all I can recall at the moment. Find the blade and I will have good reason for digging... LOL 😆 BTW that slice is approximately 0.40mm thick next to its family of, now, 4.31mm thick. I can see the physical layers on the side. Those of you who know what I'm talking about understand the coolness of this, but some won't. Mica is very brittle at the edges, makes great glitter! However, I'm going for a sheet. Not that thin, but this was a side cut where previous fractures had made this a smaller sheet.
