34/100: vlogbrothers seriously influenced my teenager life and continue to be part of my life to this day. Today I went to my psychologist in the morning and I feel that I am really making progress. Today he asked me what would make me happy and my first thought wasn't a number on the scale or a certain image of myself, my first thought was: I would be happy if I wouldn't have to deal with this eating disorder anymore, if I was just healthy. I am really proud of the progress I made and can't wait to see what's coming even though I know days aren't always as good as today. Recovery is an up and down. But while that does mean there are hard days it also means that there are good days. Other than that I studied today and now I prepared an early dinner and will travel to the city to work the next two days.
