It’s not as in-depth as I expected, only two open ended questions, but they may ask for more later.
They will ask for your sixteen digit Discord user ID. They’ve provided a link to a Discord help forum post with instructions to find it in your profile. However, the post neglects to mention you must have developer mode on to have the option to copy your user number. Here’s how to do that!
On mobile (I do not use desktop), tap your “You” profile image in the lower right on the server list. Tap the settings gear in the upper right. Scroll down the list to Advanced, another gear. Developer mode will be right at the top.
Then go tap your name in a chat. Tap the ellipsis (…) in the upper right, and you’ll have the option to copy your user ID.
Loved the new chapters, but that was only to be expected ! Congratulations for the Uni and everything and best luck with your life ~ ( on a side note: do you get the chapter checked by anyone/ are you planning to ? If you want I can point out a couple of minor mistakes I stumbled upon while reading.-With the most constructive intentions, of course-)
First, thank you for reading and for the congrats! Secondly, I do not have a beta at this time. I wrote and posted the two chapters so quickly yesterday that I didn't do my usual editing pass throughs and I know there are some mistakes. If you find them, let me know. I'm going to do another pass right now.
On that subject, though--
I am accepting beta applications as we speak from anyone interested/anyone who wants the job. Proofreading or deep reading with full constructive critique betas are welcome. I haven't used a beta in years, and have barely been scraping by without one. So, I can always use an extra set of eyes. And bonus is you get to read chapters before anyone else. Let me know.
