So my parents and brother are at Silverstone this weekend for the MotoGP, and today they’ve been looking round the museum. My mum sent me this:

Having a great day with our Mum and my baby sister. She is doing great! I was so worried about her and the setbacks she had with the first surgery and then the emergency surgery. She was in Delirium from a depression/anixety medicine and needed to be placed back in the hospital. After the delirium storm passed she was released and 24 hours later back in the hospital for dehydration and weakness. It's a learning experience for us figuring out what to eat and drink. Drink plenty of water and other fluids to stay hydrated when you are missing your large intestine. Spicy food is no longer your friend. I tried to tell my sister that. She learned that spicy is not nicey for us and our stomas. I am sad my trip is coming to an end and I am heading home in the morning. I am so glad I was able to to help my sister figure out how to change her pouch system and what supplies to keep close to the bathroom at all times. Love your family 💜.
