Could someone please help me out and tell me if it's true that Beru hated Anakin?
Someone mentioned this to me, and I asked for details since it was new information because I’d never heard before and i'm curious; the person just told me to read From a Certain Point of View and nothing else. I’ve searched for this info on Google, Reddit, and even here on Tumblr but couldn't find anything, and since those books(i don't know if is a book or a comic) were never released in my country, I really don't know.
Young Luke is with Owen and Beru at the mall. He’s bored out of mind as they shop for new farming equipment. Luke wanders off to the toy section. Anakin has had a hard life and everyone believes he has either died or just disappeared. He goes into the mall as well and sees Luke. Initially he ignores the boy until he begins to feel a connection to him and realizes the boy is his. Anakin without hesitation grabs Luke with the boy kicking and screaming all the way. Anakin tells everyone his son is having a tantrum and he makes his way out of the mall.

What if Luke's Yellow jacket was originally Owens and he wears it in remembrance. Yellow to keep one blended in with the sand, leather to keep the sand off when you were speeding. Maybe Owen had used it when he was younger and passed it on to Luke. When he finds his home and parents burnt, he doused what was left of the fire with sand and entered to see what he could salvage from his room. A poncho, a Jacket, a tiny photo, maybe something from his mom. He stuffs it all into the poncho inside pocket we see him wear later. It's all he's got left to take on the falcon. :(
