Talonpaw, who was always ever seen as the dead brother that came before him--a replacement, a ghost--who killed to prove to his family that he's something else, even if it means being something worse

Fernpaw, who went to StarClan and watched as her own family never grieved for her, forgetting her existence until she snapped and enacted revenge to get back at them for forgetting her, causing her to be exiled to the Dark Forest

Tansypaw, who went to StarClan, but voluntarily left to join the Dark Forest to be with her mentor--the only one who ever cared for her. She was so lonely and only ever felt warmth and love by someone in Hell to the point where she gave up her spot in Heaven just to be with her, even if it means being in darkness forever.

Ah the conservative xenophobic mother. I actually really like her arc, probably because it starts in AVoS and ends two arcs later in ASC, it was brewing for a long time. She does gain actual power in ShadowClan as the deputy to her sister Cloverstar, after Goldenstar/Tigerheart is demoted. I haven't finished planning for my ASC rewrite so I'm not sure how her story ends yet. I also want to make her more prominent in TBC as someone who supports the Imposter

I didn't realize before now that they almost have the same pelt pattern, just one's light and one's dark

Anyways here's Berrypaw and Talonpaw! They met in the Dark Forest and became best friends (which started as joining for survival), and then both were adopted into the Whitebell Family, making them brothers

Talonpaw was cold and standoff-ish, but Berry broke those barriers down. Berrypaw had a lot of self-loathing post-death and Talonpaw and Tansypaw helped him feel that love again.

Berrypaw in the Dark Forest because he jokingly rejected StarClan and feeling a lot of shame and guilt and feeling so stupid and like he deserves it but at the same time feeling like the Stars abandoned him and maybe they wouldn't have if they cared about him at all. Maybe he was just nothing to them and that's why it was so easy to throw him away.

Then comes Tansypaw, a StarClan cat who voluntarily left StarClan to be with Aphidsong and by proxy Charhoot and Berrypaw and the others. And she tells him that she would rather be with him than the most lush fields of StarClan. And maybe she tells him that it's not that great there to make him feel better.
