Please meet our Guest Curator of the week @allthingsletters! Chris Campe runs her studio, All Things Letters, in Hamburg, Germany. She studied illustration in Hamburg and Paris and earned her M.A. in Visual Studies from the School of the Art Institute in Chicago. • Chris loves both letterforms and language and combines the two to create no-nonsense lettering that is both expressive and thoughtful. Her work is often minimalist and black and white, she designs book covers, logos, illustrations and walls for publishers and agencies. • She is the author of four books on lettering and type design. Handbuch Handlettering is a reference book for illustrators who feel intimidated by typography, and for graphic designers who think they can’t draw. • Chris lectures at art schools and teaches workshops. She was a speaker at TYPO Berlin and gave a class at TypeCon last year.
