I would have liked it if, in the conversation between Mel and Alex about his biological father, Alex had made a comment like: "You know, there was a time when I thought Ben might be my father. Especially when we were on the pirate train.I don't know, you were together and the way he always talked about you… And how he looked at me sometimes and those teaching moments on the train… Sometimes I think it would have been nice if it was him.
