@benmilamwhiskey is on the top of my list of favorite Bourbons. I think you can only get this in Texas, but highly recommend. Smooth with a great finish, but has the flavor you want in a bourbon. It is a lower proof Bourbon but I won't hold it against it because it is so good. Also doesn't kill the wallet, picked this up for $40.
