Red Dead has a lot of great moments where seemingly meaningless lines end up coming true later and I think one of my favourites is in Chapter 1 when Lenny tells Micah "when you fall, there'll be a party" and then when Micah finally kicks it at the end of the epilogue it's followed up with Abigail and John's wedding party :)
