I came here for a lovely dinner during my travels to Israel. it’s easy to forget about the ongoing land dispute when you dig in to a delicious spread of labneh. trying to understand the Israel-Palestine politics is complex.Hosh Jasmin sits at the intersection of the struggle, in Palestine but under full Israeli control as part of “Area C”. reality sets in when you pivot to the side. there are blocked-off roads and checkpoints, a reminder that even in these vast beautiful valleys, politics cannot be ignored. these dark photos don’t do the site justice; the food is incredible and the company can’t be beat. highly recommend going during the day for much better views!
