Best nums ever.
These easy no-yeast beignets are a quick and delicious treat that can be made without the need for yeast or rising time. They are perfect for breakfast or as a sweet snack. The dough comes together in minutes, and the frying process is simple. Dust them with powdered sugar for an authentic beignet experience!
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup water. 1 large egg. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Vegetable oil for frying. Powdered sugar for dusting.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, water, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 350F 175C. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the hot oil, and fry until they are golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the beignets from the oil and drain them on a paper towel-lined plate. Dust the beignets with powdered sugar while they are still warm. Serve the no-yeast beignets warm and enjoy!

Hey here’s a little piece of fun information.
Do you know what beignets are?
These things, fried dough topped with powdered sugar.
Well if you want to make a very easy and quick beignet, you can take a slice of white bread and put it into the toaster. Once it’s brown, cover it in honey and then dust the confectioner’s sugar on it, then another drizzle of honey.
This will make 3 minute beignet.
Love me some beignets!!! 😋😋 It's been forever since I've made one though, and I've never heard of making them with the powers of the toaster! I'll have to give it a try some time.
I do also have an air fryer that I've made fried Oreos in before. You just take some croissant dough, tuck the oreo inside, put it in for about 7 minutes, then dust it with some powdered sugar!
Speaking of beignets, I'mma watch The Princess and the Frog tonight! It's one of my favorites, and the reason why I came to hold beignets so dear to my heart to begin with!

You can now savor the delicious flavor of beignets prepared in the New Orleans style in the comfort of your own home. These fluffy, light, and powdered sugar-dusted deep-fried dough treats are the ideal indulgence.
Ingredients: 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast. 3/4 cup warm water 110F. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup evaporated milk. 1 large egg. 4 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened. Vegetable oil for frying. Powdered sugar for dusting.
Instructions: In a small bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, salt, evaporated milk, and egg. Add the yeast mixture and 2 cups of flour to the bowl. Mix until well combined. Add the softened butter and gradually mix in the remaining 2 cups of flour until you have a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 2 hours until it has doubled in size. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large, deep skillet to 350F 175C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness. Cut it into squares or rectangles. Fry the beignets in the hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the beignets from the oil and drain on paper towels. Dust the warm beignets generously with powdered sugar. Serve the New Orleans-Style Beignets warm and enjoy!
