— Beidou —

Beidou has the responsibility of a whole ship and it’s crew on her shoulders, so mornings with her are the time where she can relax before being faced with the crushing reality of her responsibilities.

Mornings with her are early, and warm she has to get up early and get to work so she has little time to stay in bed with you.

Though what time she does have she uses wisely.

Cuddling with you, simply goofing around before getting up and having to be semi serious, or eating breakfast with you.

She never wants to but she always has to get up and face her reality of being a captain. She loves it, don’t get me wrong, but some days she just wants to spend all day with you.

Before she gets up and leave for the day, she always gives you a kiss (wether it be on your temple, cheek, or lips) and whispers an “I’ll be back tonight love” then places another kiss on your neck before leaving.

— Albedo —

Mornings with albedo are the one time where his mind is fully at rest. He isn’t thinking of his next experiment, his current one, etc. he only thinks of this moment with you.

Mornings with albedo are cold, and soft. Cold because that’s the natural temperature of your shared home (per albedos request), and soft because that’s the only way albedo will be with you in the mornings.

He always wakes up cuddling with you. There truly is no other way to him. There is just something about waking up in each others arms that makes him melt.

He will be completely at your command if you start playing with his hair. He just melts even more and becomes absolute putty in your arms. That is the one way to make him stay in bed with you for longer.

While the house may be cold, but the bed is an absolute furnace in comparison. Albedo may like the cold more, but his body heat is naturally warmer. So he heats up the whole bed single-handedly

When he actually has to get up he takes your hands in his and kisses your knuckles, and finger tips. Says a long “I love you and I’ll be back” in way more words than that, before leaving.

— Diluc —

Diluc is always gentle with you. No doubt about that, but there something in just waking up, and sleeping in the same bed as your partner that is so valuable, and yet... he feels the most safe when he is sleeping in the same bed as you. So safe in fact that he can’t sleep without you.

Mornings with Diluc are soft, warm, and needy in a way. It’s when he is the most clingy with you. He can’t let you go, and with the vice grip that he has it’s hard get up.

He holds you softly, but his hold suddenly tightens once you try to get up. He doesn’t want you to leave. And he’s always holding onto you. No matter what. If he isn’t he wakes up and looks around the bed for you, and if you aren’t there he gets up and looks for you around the house.

Diluc is naturally warm. Everyone’s said it, and it’s true. The whole house could practically be heated by him if you tried hard enough honestly. That’s why some nights you aren’t covered by the blankets. Which means Diluc isn’t either, he wants to feel your legs intertwined and also feel as much if your own body heat as he can. As if his own isn’t enough. Which also means that in the winter you’re typically very cold in the mornings.

Diluc dreads when he has to get up. He hates to see your slightly sorrow face as he gets up to start the day. He’d much rather get ready with you. So he does. He doesn’t get up until you do. And the maids at the house know that. And they dare not tell him to get up after you started being around.

Always wakes you up with kisses. Kisses and rubbing circles on your skin with his thumb. If your facing him then he traces circles on your cheek, or back. Or else it’s typically on your waist.

Always eats breakfast with you. There isn’t a morning that he hasn’t after you moved in. If he had to miss a breakfast, he makes it up to you in some way, typically by a fancy dinner or brunch. Or if he’s on a trip, and that’s why he missed that day(s) breakfast, he typically brings you something.

— kaeya —

Kaeya is always analyzing people around him, watching their body language, listening deeply to their words, trying to understand them. But he assumes he already understands you enough. So he is typically softer with you in the mornings, he absolutely melts with you in his arms. His flirty, and analytical facade gone, and replaced with a much more softer, and warm one.

Mornings with kaeya, are cold, slow, and soft. Kaeya (much like his vision) is cold, though he likes the warmer temperatures. So the house is warm, but the sheets are colder (which in my opinion is perfect).

He’s much softer with you and hold you close to his chest. He likes holding you in his arms while sleeping, and much like his brother will search for you if your not in his arms, or the bed.

Kisses anywhere you’ll let him in attempts to wake you. Hell also whisper in your ear sweet nothings as you slowly awaken.

His hair is more messy and all over the place in the mornings, so he’ll frequently ask you to brush it for him. Or he’ll wear his hair in a braid you made last night.

He’s very slow to rise and frequently will wake up after you. He’ll just stare at you with love and adoration in his eyes, he sometimes thinks about how he wants to spend the rest of his life with you in these small moments.

He says goodbye for the day buy pulling you into his lap for a hug, and kissing the top of your head. He’ll typically say an ‘I love you’ or a ‘I’ll be back tonight, ok?’ Before leaving.
