Hereโs one of them! 48 hour Slow cooked beef short rib with braised hot onion gravy. It is VERY nice, and literally falls apart. It was even nice 2 days later. Itโs currently served with a garnish of chillies but this will be changing v soon. This is subject to availability so donโt be disappointed if you go and itโs sold out.
