OK this is why I grill everyday, to improve. This was my best tri-tip so far, by a tasty long shot!! 👉 I used my Traeger Ranger and smoked it at 450F. on each side for approx. 12 to 14 minutes and let it rest. I used #beefrub from @traegergrills and after slicing it, I sprinkled some himalaya salt for some decor. 🤔 At first I thought I over cooked it, but it was sensational nonetheless, the way it was.
