I’m celebrating National Beef Burger Day, every day, by serving up these amazing beef burgers at @incrediburgerandeggs So, here's a breakdown of the Classic.... 1. Bottom Bun - House baked Doughlicious bun, soft, but durable on the inside, toasted on the outside. 2. Mustard -  whole grain mustard seeds crushed into handcrafted mustard 3. Ketchup -  ketchup packed with mushroom, rosemary, soy sauce, roasted tomato blended for an umami mouth punch 4. Pickles - hand cut and house brined cucumbers with just the right amount of sweet, salty and sour 5. Red Onion - thin-sliced to melt and layer in under the lettuce 6. Lettuce - has to be shredded for a perfect ammount of lettuce in every bite 7. BEEF - beef blended with our umami packed seasoning blend, then smash grilled for a crispy exterior and a juicy, moist interior 8. Cheese - house made American cheese made with 4 year aged cheddar, jack cheese and mozzarella 9. Top Bun - House baked Doughlicious bun, soft, but durable on the inside, toasted on the outside 10.
