We are LGBTIQ+ refugees living in harsh and unsafe conditions. Every day we face starvation, denial of essential medications, and discrimination that strips away our dignity.

We endure torture, attacks, and constant threats simply because of who we are. Our voices are often silenced, and our struggles forgotten but our hope remains.

🖤 When I'm feeling a spike in my spiritual energy, I do this routine before bed and love it. So, I thought I would share it with all of you guys. I'm notoriously private and I don't share a lot on here, but I thought this could maybe help some people realise how simple and beautiful magic can be. 🖤

First, I cleanse my space where I'll be sleeping to rid it of old energy.

Then, I practice bath magic. I often use honey for self-love and letting opulence flow into my life. This can be as simple as being in toiletries or just the bath/shower itself. I let the water gently wash away any negativity that is clinging on to me.

During this time, I light a white candle (sometimes scented with intention) to burn whilst I bathe to help embrace this clean slate.

Once I'm done, I take time to use physical touch with my skincare routine to help ground myself.

Whilst not necessary, I often use jade products like face rollers and gua shas to embrace their magical properties, particularly to stimulate confidence, bring good dreams and bring attention to my health (inside and out). I also speak words of affirmation into the mirror whilst I'm doing all of this.

Once done, I return to my space and make a little circle that I can sit in with crystals like amethyst, rose-quartz, clear-quartz, jasper, etc (I sometimes change them depending on intention and mood). Then meditate and allow myself to absorb the energies of the crystals I've used.

I often make yourself a little sleeping pouch with lavender and stones like sodalite that will help me relax and rid me of overthinking by placing them under my pillow.

Lastly, I put a selenite lamp on during wind-down time until I'm fully ready for sleep.

i’m thinking about doin a series in which there’ll be even the bee, the wasp and the hornet

but for now it’s only this cutie here
