I can get into my head and really wrestle with those principalities that gnaw at the corners of my consciousness. I have come to know myself well these last few years. I know where my shortcomings are with not only my Physique, but also with my training ethic. Being honest with your weaknesses and embracing them only makes you a stronger athlete (and person). Each year I strive to only improve- push harder, BE MORE than what I thought I was able to the year before. I won’t ever forget where i started. I think those phases of our transformation and journey are crucial. They keep us humbly striving to bring others up around us... I think once you can accept that bodybuilding is a sport about evolving internally not just externally...
