Parrot Bebop has a Thermal Camera
I have always loved the Bebop drone, but yet I never got one. And with the FLIR camera module, this isn’t going to change.
A while back, Parrot had already said they make more money selling industrial drones than consumer ones. And that was the death kneel for them in the consumer market.
Bebop 2 still hasn’t got a 4K camera and the bulky controller unit is a pain to lug around.
Now there is a reason why Bebop can’t get its act together. France has repressive drone laws and with that, no one is going to ante up on a drone they can’t fly. So with a stagnant demand, why bother to upgrade to bebop 3 or 4 when they can stop at 2? French drone laws are communist!
