It's been ten days since I started using @skin1004philippines Madagascar Centella Toning Toner and I am so excited to share with you my thoughts on this gift from the untouched nature, Madagascar. This toner is indeed gentle and suitable for sensitive, irritated, and acne-prone skin! Madagascar Centella Toning Toner contains 84% of Centella Asiatica Extract providing relief for skin conditions such as eczema, acne, psoriasis. It also contains PHA (Polyhydroxy Acids) that gently removes the build-up of dead skin cells without irritating the skin, Hyaluronic Acid for deep hydration, and Niacinamide for brightening and wrinkle care. Currently I have no active pimples but I have a combination skin type, my T-zone shines brighter than a diamond while my cheeks flake. I am really impressed that this toner keeps my skin well hydrated all day without adding extra oil. No greasiness. No breakouts. Just soft, supple skin. Not just that, it’s absorbed fast! My skin’s thirsty for this babe! I don’t have a strong sense of smell but I do smell faint herb- close to nothing. There are times when my skin reacts negatively to Cica, but I experienced nothing but good things from this one. It’s soothing indeed, hydrating, REFRESHING, and yes, it does give my skin that subtle glow and softness. On the other hand, with almost 3 weeks of regularly using the product, I did not notice any brightening and exfoliating effect. It claims both, but somehow failed to truly show it. Additionally, I have an active acne on the side of my eyebrows and it stung the first time I used the toner. Overall, if you want to try out a toner that offers long-lasting boost of hydration and soothing outcomes, a product that is easy to layer with other products, this is a good one to try.
